It is also the Publisher of the “The Commerce Africa” magazine-a medium dedicated to issues of Industry, Trade and Investment in Nigeria, Africa and the world at large. Toastmasters Communications Ltd has a training arm for raising public speakers and events managers. The training arm is called Ciceros: Guild of Orators".
